I had a very positive experience with Suhas Jewellers, and this is my second purchase from them, which further strengthened my trust in the brand. Keerthi assisted me throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful from start to finish. They helped in showing the item, discussing the price, and ensuring a safe and smooth dispatch and delivery. I even requested to see the piece multiple times after making the full payment, and they patiently showed it without hesitation. The delivery was generally quick, but in my case it was delayed by around 3 days due to unforeseen personal issues. However, the team continuously reassured me and stayed in touch throughout, ensuring I was not worried at any point. They also shared detailed videos of the packing and weighing process, which gave me great confidence in the transparency and authenticity of the purchase. Overall, while the VA and making charges felt slightly on the higher side, considering their vast collection, transparency, and the care provided throughout the process, I felt it was worth the money.
